This is a review of JC penny's customer service.
i went to place an order with JC Penny's and it was
to be delivered by Dec.22th. I made one change and the computer
said it would not be delivered until Dec. 27th to 29th.
I spoke with their very helpful customer service. They obviously
don't have any concern for the customer and refused to help me.
They could update the shipping for me but even though I have
bought many orders this Christmas they do not care if they lose
a customer. I always like JC. Penny's but now I am disgusted.
I spent a lot of money on previous orders but will have to ship
through someone else.
