I have been meaning to try this restaurant but was lucky enough to win a Bride's Day Out from the Bridal Expo. Chop was the last restaurant we had a tasting at and I wish I wasn't more full. I did try everything and it was amazing. Sometimes even when the food is great, if the service is bad, it can ruin the meal. This is not the case with Chop. The service was amazing and genuine. I love their private dining experience (it's hard to find that outside of Scottsdale). I really appreciate the bartender Blake. He was very knowledgable and definitely increased my knowledge of wine and what I like.
