The only reason I go to this nail salon is because it's less than a mile from my home and they do a decent manicure. This is your average nail salon so don't expect anything too fancy or the greatest customer service. My issue with this place is that if you walk in the door any time after 2 hours before closing, the manager is very picky about whether you can stay or not. If you need both a mani and pedi, she'll ask you to come back tomorrow, which is pretty ridiculous given you've walked in the door 2 hours before closing. On this particular visit, I walked in 1.5 hrs before they closed on a Sunday. All I wanted was a gel mani. The manager took off my previous gel polish while I waited for a nail tech to be ready for me. What really pissed me off was the manger trying to tell me what service I wanted. "Gel mani?" "Yes." "Just color, no manicure." "No, gel MANICURE." "Yes, color only." She knew exactly what I requesting, but was trying to get me to just do a color change so that they could close early/on-time. She even informed the nail tech that I only wanted a color change. Of course, I corrected her and directed her that I wanted a gel mani. That really irritated me. As a paying customer, I request which service I would like and I pay for it. It's not up to the manager to decide what service I get. I never have a 5-star experience when I visit this place. I'm sticking to South Park nail salons because they truly have the best service.
