I was totally ripped off by this owner Colt! Took my car in for an oil change and he informed me that my car was too dangerous to drive; rear wheel bearing cracked, he said. He said he ordered from the dealership, cost me $1700! 3 months later oil change with car works chain. Turns out my new wheel bears I paid colt $1700 for was a complete LIE. Still original wheel bearing on my car. I called colt to give him a change to right his wrong; and he said come on over, I have the manufacturer warranty. When I arrived he changed his story and said he never kept manufacturer warranty receipts?, and told me to leave his shop. What a jerk, giving small business owners everywhere a bad name! I filed a complaint with the BBB, am currently making a complaint with the DMV. Next I'm taking him to small claims court!! A license to steal not okay!!BEWARE COLT @ PROCTORS. His motto is 'there will never be consequences!!' That's what he thinks, $1700 is a lot of money for nothing, and omg not going to stop til I get it back!
