Made a call to AAA for towing service at 4am. After three hours and five call backs with excuses they were getting from a tow company, AAA finally called Quik Pik Towing. The driver (Jose) arrived in thirty to forty minutes. Jose promply had my car loaded on his flatbed and we were off to Tempe to my car repair shop. Jose was a customer service oriented tow driver. Very professional and courteous. I asked for a company card and will be requesting AAA to use this company in any future tows.
