Agree with previous review. No response from staff and man "Rich" that answers the phone is highly unprofessional. Zero follow through from Lisa. Not even sure she gets messages. Very odd. Awful business practices. Engaged with them for two years of taxes and frankly would advise to steer clear. Recently looked online and there was an order of discipline from AZ board of accountancy. Not good.
