the worst service in the world they canceled my room after I spoke to various employee like Barbara and a guy in the night shit, I let them know I would arrive late and pay in cash they still CANCELED MY ROOM!! and the guy was not trying to even help after he was like oh well here is corporate so you know what I will call corporate, yelp, expedia I will make sure they get worst reviews than what they already have. I went to the Excalibur SAME PRICE, wonderful staff, BEAUTIFUL SCENERY never will I make the same mistake twice.
