We had used another appliance repair shop for our GE refrigerator previously. They told us we needed to replace the rotor which turns the ice out the front chute of the fridge. This was a VERY expensive repair. The new rotor stopped working within a couple of months but was luckily under warranty and so that company replaced it without charge (except for the service call). They were messy, inefficient and bordering on rude. When we had trouble again I called Dinos. What a difference. Dino on the phone was so pleasant. He checked while I was still on the phone to see if he could help me figure out what the problem might be and then scheduled Jake for a visit. He also told me what the service call cost would be up front. Jake called 15 minutes ahead when he was on his way. He was EARLY!!!!!! And made sure that would not be a problem. He not only fixed the problem we called about, but he fixed the rotor which has stopped working again, but which I was not going to have repaired due to the cost of replacement!!!!!!!!!! He also ordered a cosmetic price that was broken and came back and installed it. In all he was at the house 3 times, charged for 1 call and the refrigerator is working perfectly. I will ONLY call Dino's in the future and will recommend it to all of our friends and acquaintances.
