Super disappointed. Stopped in with the intent to purchase 2 bicycles. There was only 1 other customer in the store. We walked around for 10 minutes and were never greeted, never asked if we needed help or never told someone would be with us soon. Three staff members were in the store during this time. We ended up walking out and went to another bike shop in Medina. I'm amazed the other reviews boast about the great customer service.... Not this time.
