My family has been going to WFP for 4 years and we love this office. They are always prompt, I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see my doctor or be taken back for an appt. I see Susanna Kapoor, a PA and she is fantastic. She is very patient with me, makes sure to answer all of my questions, and is very thorough. I highly recommend this office as they have a full lab available for your annual physical which makes things super easy. I'm sad for patients who have had bad experiences, I've yet to have 1 in 4 years. I will say that on occasion the medical assistants that take your vitals prior to seeing the doc do seem less than thrilled to be doing their jobs, but they are always professional; that would be the only thing I can recall as being a little off. The front desk gals are always kind, keeping a credit card on file is a common practice nowadays and not something to be upset about. I love that they have a personal patient website where I can check all of my test results quickly and check any messages from my doc. Please don't let some of the bad reviews keep you from giving them a chance. I've had all good experiences with WFP!
