I went in December 9th around 2pm and the cashier, I think her name is Melissa, gave me a 5 star customer service experience. She was smiling, asked about my day, and carried on a small conversation. I was purchasing vodka, but she made a suggestion to try a spice rum that she enjoys. She mentioned she use to drink vodka, but this rum changed her mind. I ended up buying the mini bottle and the rum was delicious! She told me to come back and tell her if I liked it. I definitely will. Something about the interaction made me feel like I was in a Starbucks or something of that nature. While I hope to not be a "regular" at a Total Wine, I will specifically go to this location because of their customer service.
