Miles did ok business for a long time until recently. I gave him recommendations to my friends and co workers to use him as he usually, for the most part, kept is appointments and came to the location you wanted.
Then he was suppose to fix my cousins phone who came up from Tucson, not only did he flake on the appointment, he never responded to my calls or texts until days later..... He then promised me a free phone fix which was great because I dropped my phone recently. When I came to take him up on his offer and even to pay $30-$40, he not only ignored my texts and voice mail, but hung up on me as well.
So if you want to be charged overpriced to fix your phone and don't mind being flaked out on or broken promises.... go with Miles.

Miles went out of his way to reach out to me and explained how swamped he was. He came to my house in Scottsdale and fixed my phone for free, that really shows me he cares about his clients in making things right.
