I have been a service customer with this company for two years and they have always treated me good. So I thought it would be good to buy a vehicle from them. Oops! Their salesman say they don't get a commission but will still say anything to sell A vehicle. So I have bought a vehicle once or twice before, and I know the runaround. Go to the dealership find the vehicle negotiate price and then spend four hours waiting for them to wear on you and then renegotiate price. I did not want to do that. So I got prequalified told the salesman what I wanted , he told me what he could do for me, he promised to 2.9% interest , 60 months and best of all I would only be at the showroom a half hour.
Well it was all a lie except the 60 month finance! Whatever he said on the phone he said just to get me there!He supposedly ran my credit over the phone, had me approved @ either 2.9% for 60 months or 0% interest for 36 months. When I got there it was that hurry up and wait! And then run back to the sales guy and something happened and he couldn't do what he said. I should have walked out then. Another two hours later and supposedly found another deal for only 1% higher than you did previously said 3.9% interest over 60 months. Well , four hours into this thing, at the dealer and four hours at home I bit! Just to get out of there. The rest of the deal went like we agreed.
I could have done without the run around.
