I arrived the night before to send of a package back to Amazon about three minutes before they closed. I stutter stepped because it looked like the place looked like it was closed and headed back to my ride. Then I saw the clerk (young looking male) pop out and lock the door. DAMN! I went back to check the time the business closed and it was at 6:00pm. I stared at the hours posted, made eye contact with the fella who quickly glanced away. No service. A dude went up to the door and the chap inside opened and handed him some mail. I did not make a bid deal out of it because in the end it was my fault because I arrived three minutes before. IT COULD HAVE BEEN A SIX STAR EXPERIENCE THOUGH! Alas, I returned in the morning and met a friendly enough older female who was able to help me out with no problems. BUT...because of the other guy I will only come here only if UPS pays for my shipping BUT now that I think of it and because no extra effort was made on my first visit I will probably seek out another UPS store elsewhere even it means I have to drive a bit further. Three stars for the nice lady.
