I was so fortunate to be referred to Mindful Motion when seeking physical therapy. Jessica and Nathan are a great team as a married couple working together. Jessica is beautiful inside and out. She has helped me to slowly be aware of my problem areas and understand the cause of the pain and difficulty I was having. Gradually I am learning to change my unhealthy habits of moving and living to using the correct muscles and developing healthier living habits. She has even helped me switch to healthier eating and given me some of her favorite recipes to make eating better more enjoyable. There is a review at the beginning of each session of how my week has been and questions I might have. There isn't an area of my life that she hasn't been able to provide wise counsel. My life is improving in many areas and I credit her for helping me upgrade the quality of my life. She is brilliant and I am blessed to have her as my doc!
