Crudo is a goofy looking restaurant in the middle of a store/hair salon. however the food is great. very simple menu, but very tasty. the wine list is also short but "intelligent": most wines are Italian but a good selection.
The Chef is very talented: the Caprese Salad is one of the best in the Valley. the Tuna Crudo is awesome. The Squid ink Risotto also one of the best around. The Mushroom Ragout is just about perfect.
Desserts are OK, It seems they make a big deal about Desserts by Tracy Dempsey, and there is not enough emphasis on the Chef.
