I was extremely disappointed with the customer service I received last night from the "Manager" Mike. I placed a call at 9:30 p.m which was not answered until 9:31 p.m. At which point I was told that they do not deliver past 9:30 p.m. I told them I had heard good things about their pizza and that I was eager to try it. He told me that there were "no exceptions, no delivery after 9:30...." I was then promptly hung up on. I then called back as I was going to order it for pick-up. I asked to speak with the manager and was connected again with Mike. After explaining that I was going to come in and pick up my pizza and informing him of my dissatisfaction in the manner the previous phone call was handled, I was hung up on again. I can't say anything about the food but I will say that I will never frequent this establishment and will stick to Romeo's. Who have always been friendly, respectful and punctual.
