I've been wanting to try paina cafe for quite some time but it's long ways away from my house so yeah. Anyway, finally made the trip this past weekend & im angry at myself that I didn't come sooner lol. It's located in koreatown, somewhere next to subway. I ordered the regular poke crunch bowl with spicy ahi & add garlic chips. My bf had something else that I don't remember lol. I read reviews & tips & people kept raving about the kamboko(sp?) dip so I decided to try that. I wasn't crazy about the dip. Although it did combine very well with the ritz crackers. The regular bowl was fairly small. I had my first bite & immediately regretted not getting the large... but thennn, i had trouble finishing my bowl cos I was getting so full. Lol. The fish they have is so so good & amazingly fresh. I honestly believe that they have the best poke in the valley. I thought it was poke express but this place blows that one out of the water. If you haven't tried this place, I suggest you make the trip today. It's that good.
