Terrible. I wish I could give Longevity a good review, but after coming here for just a month and a half I have realized several flaws. The fact that it is a beautiful facility, the appearance clouds any perception of the horrid manner in which they handle their business. The employees are completely unprofessional and can't even handle kicking people out who hadn't paid for a PICK UP GAME. Yes that seems petty, but there were 20 other people who had actually paid to play beforehand and they still let those 7 people play. The employees are constantly disorganized and immature and I absolutely do not recommend anyone to come here because they will just want your wallet. DON'T LET ITS NICETIES FOOL YOU. BUT wait there's more. I recently renewed my membership expecting to be able to reserve a spot for the pick up games only to be told that I have to pay over the phone by credit card when I had been paying cash upfront at the door the whole time. As a member who paid to be a member you would think that I would be able to pay cash at the door for a game THAT I RESERVED MYSELF FOR rather than paying with my credit card.
