I am now being intimidated to remove my review by legal action.... Here is the email I received from the owner..
After giving me the runaround for 9 months and holding on to my deposit of $6000 during that entire time... I now cannot tell the truth to warn others????? I will be reporting this to the Phoenix Police Department as Intimidation and Harassment... You tried to rip me off and now you want to sue me???? Who else wants to buy a car from these guys???
Not fair for you??? You are the owner... You allowed this... You told me that you never received my money even when I provided proof from the bank... I even had the bank manager call...

Ray this is my last warning I will have to contact the company attorney for slandering our company I refund your money back fare and square please take down the review on yelp it's not fair for me to get lit up on this when I'm the one that helped
MIKE.. You were the one that allowed this to continue and you are the owner... You did nothing... Absolutely Nothing until I got the authorities involved... You never called me back... You never called Chase Bank back... and you even told their fraud dept that the vehicle was delivered to me... So don't tell me you helped... You had no choice at the end because I reported it to every governing agency in your state of Arizona... and they were closing in on you...
I will not allow you to intimidate me with your threats or blackmail me from hiding the truth of what your company did to me and my family.... I am a consumer and I have rights.... and the public has the right to know... My family did without $6000 extra for over 9 months... because your company wanted to play games... My 3 kids had to do without... because of your companies lack of integrity and honesty....
I ask you to look up the definition of "Slander" and see if that applies to my 9 month experience of frustration... stress... and sleepless nights... chasing a car dealer in another state... wondering if I will ever see the money again...
4/26/16 - Update... I have filed updated reports with Irvine PD, Phoenix PD, Attorney General of Arizona, and the FBI.....
I have also contacted Phoenix area News Channels "Consumer Watchdog" Departments and Phoenix Press.....
