Our back yard consisted of a couple of concrete pads, and sidewalks on both sides of the house. Other than that: Dirt! Dan came over to see what we were interested in doing and also threw a few ideas at us. He gave us an estimate for about 50 plants, sod, topsoil, gravel, and all new irrigation for everything. The estimate was very reasonable. We gave him a deposit, and he was able to schedule us for less than a week later. Him and his crew knocked it out of the park in just shy of 8 hours. They never stopped moving!!! It turned out EXACTLY like what we requested. Don't bother hiring anyone else, you'll just be wasting your time, and probably your money.
