If I could give negative stars I would. It would be well deserving. The female manager with short blond hair was a total bully. Very unprofessional and rude. Avoid this store at all cost.
I wanted to return a case that i got as a gift. My husband got a galaxy and a VR so he was in there spending money. When I went in to return case they said they did not see it on receipt and pretty much said he stole it. What? ummm He would not steal some cheap case from you guys. I was angry and just left . I thought better to not engage with people that are so disorganized they could not read a receipt and I felt the manager was so confrontational I thought who knows when she could loose it.
Of course, when I got home dug up the receipt. It was right there on receipt clear as day.
So avoid this store at all cost and just move on to a store that can read.
I am so tempted to go back and show them however it would be just a waste of time it is obvious they have problems that are so far beyond reach.
I'll let them figure it out themselves.
