Out of the three LA Fitness centers around Cleveland, this one is not as good as the others. Rarely do you see anyone cleaning the equipment when done. When you do try to clean something, they are almost ALWAYS out of paper towels or cleaning solution. It is really unfortunate because you can see the frustration on the faces of people who try to clean something and they can't. Is it really that hard to refill this crap?
Pretty disgusting bathrooms as well. No soap, no towels, etc. There is a water fountain on the first floor the reads "Scheduled for Service". This sign has been on here for over two months. I can call a plumber and expect him within 24 hours. This is just one example of how this entire operation is run. Go somewhere else!
