This is an update of my review 5 /10/17. This morning I was contacted by the owner and it was explained to me that there was a misunderstanding on their end . The the tech that they sent out was new to their business and that they were going to reduce the price that they charged me yesterday( they had overcharged me by $30) and that they were going to work with me on getting the rebates that I tsought when I first contacted them. My opinion of them has increased greatly. Good customer service!
