We love coming in because we love the treat. However the fact that it takes SO long to get our ice cream, especially now that they've added delivery services, SUCKS !!! Live customers who came in should be prioritized over deliveries OR have a set crew just for delivery orders. There used to be enough of a crew & they hustled more. Management needs to review this store & the numbers for staffing it. My husband is declaring us a DQ family now. Finally got or ice cream & the portion consistency SUCKS too. Not a one of the three is the same.
