This place used to be great until the owners got greedy and started making some bad decisions. The food and staff that made the Penguin a great place took their recipes to the Diamond (now the superior diner in Plaza Midwood). What the Penguin is now is a substandard diner with poor quality food and service. It surprises me that they're still open. I think the only reason they are is because of the non locals that still come because of their earlier reputation.
