I made an appointment for a blowout in advance of an event last week. My appointment was with Felicia and I have had some so-so blowouts elsewhere so I was a little unsure of what to expect. She was wonderful. Very friendly, fun to chat with and did a great job! When she was finished, my curls were just very slightly tighter/more bouncy (less free flowing) than I usually prefer. She indicated that this was meant so they wouldn't fall before my event, and she was right. I ran my fingers through them and they were perfect that entire evening, with plenty of curl and plenty of flow. My hair even looked good the next day. I was very happy with my entire experience and will definitely be back soon. Thank you Felicia--you were wonderful! :)
