I wish I could give this place 5 stars. The girl who waxed me twice was so sweet I gave her a second try. However, she just wasn't thorough. She did not follow the line she created with the first wax. It just looked a mess with thick hair, followed by a line of sparse hair that should have been removed, then the waxed part. Also, both times patches of hair were missed and she failed to clean up left over wax on my skin.
The salon itself is cute... Could do better on the waxing rooms for the prices they are charging. Oh the prices. I thought moving from NY, I would be paying less. Unfortunately I was way wrong. They nickel and dime you here. Oh you want that patch of skin waxed... Extra $15 and so on. In NYC at top salons you go in for either a bikini wax or a Brazilian. There is none of this Line, Full, Brazilian. For the price I am paying for a crappy Line (just the front, she did not wax down between the legs . Um okay...) and a "butt strip" I could have gotten a Brazilian in NYC one of the most ridiculously expensive cities at a top salon. I am shocked at prices in Huntersville and not just at this place.
Will be trying to find another spot for my waxes unfortunately.
