I chose Canyon Modern Dentistry when we moved to Surprise AZ. My husband, 15-yr old & I all go there. From intake to discussion of insurance benefits the service is great. The facilities are clean & efficient, the technicians are well trained and friendly, and the dentists are both skilled and approachable. I have some issues requiring consultation with specialists and haven't had to travel more than 2 miles to make it all happen. Perfect when you have a teenager who needs to get to school on time or be seen right after the school day ends.
