When our loving beagle baby Jessie crossed the rainbow bridge, Bartels and Busack really showed us nothing but compassion and support. We made the call that no pet family wants to make and they really took great care of us. We didn't know what we were supposed to do next, but they offered us guidance and had the cremation taken care of and everything.
In the future, when the time is right for us to have another member of the family, there is no other place of which we would take our three (or four) legged friend(s). From the front desk staff (special thanks to the young lady who ran to Walgreens for us -- your name escapes us) to Dr. Wigal (she has beagles and is the reason why we came there in the first place), Dr. Walker, and Dr. Chorba -- we always felt as if they really cared and understood what Jessie was going through.
