OMG...after about two years I am revisiting this buffet with two other guests. I have been telling people to experience this beautiful restaurant with great food value. Ok I change my mind... Read an article about F Sinatra' would have been 100 years old yesterday. And learn two words that he used in his letter: content and tolerance. So I drove on F Sinatra way / drive/ street. To get to Bacchanal Buffet. I am not going to tell people about this place anymore. Service level and quickness to be seated. This is not a question. You don't want to wait in line just pay. You want to be seated first - pay. Or have the hotel vip people arrange for you to get in first. But no I am not a big spender. I was there about 8pm no lines because almost closing time. My Service person had a long day. Most likely her feet hurting. So I can tolerate her remark when I ask for a straw. She say there is one on your table. I politely say sorry i do not have my glasses on so I can't see that far. Tongue n Cheek. Moving on to the real reason why I am there. To eat good food right? Sorry. What happened to the ginseng chicken soup individual cooked. Now just a big pot you get from the service table. Lamb chop . Sorry - I got tired chewing. Now the taste and smell - ok. Sugar and salt level - ok. Fish and chip - ok. hot and sour soap - not ok. corn starch water in a 5 five hotel. Not ok. Dessert. Mostly tolerable. Only the chocolate mousse cake made me content.
