Today was the first time taking our two dogs to Lulu's and we could not be any happier. For the same price as our previous groomer, both of our dogs got way better grooming and an excellent and caring staff. I like that the dogs are not kept in cages the whole time. When we arrived to pick up the dogs, they looked gorgeous and happy. Andrea and the groomers explained how our Cocker Spaniel was groomed incorrectly with the previous shop and how Lulus fixed it and what the proper method is. They also gave us a written "report card" on how the dogs did. I am now officially a Lulu's fan.
