I had a bad experience with this location a few years back but decided I would try once again. Our 20th anniversary is coming up and I wanted to surprise my husband with some new engraved champagne flutes. I stopped in on Friday and worked withRichard (super nice and patient) I showed him what I wanted and he wrote everything up for me. It was late in the evening so he told of me that the girl working in the morning would do them and she's the best. Told me I'd get a text when they were ready. I never got a text so I called to find out and they were ready. I went to pick them up and they were not done the way I asked. They did look nice so I kept them. The girl working didn't care that I was unhappy or offer any solutions. This is the last time I will go to Things Remembered. Save your money and order early enough to order online with Personalization Mall or some other website.
