I was a patient at this office for a couple years and I have now moved because of the changes that were made to this office over time. They removed the best PA they had the older fella who was a pharmacist before his name escapes me but he was the most caring man in the office. Dr. Allan was pretty nice but it was rare that y ou even saw him. And hard to get an appt with him. The worst part of all this was the office staff. changed so much it was like night an day.
Proceedures changed and they were rude and unwelcoming. Snobby and snotty. They all sat huddled to busy with each others gossip then taking care of patients check out. They were just IMpersonal and all about shuffling cattle. The new PA female was unconcerned with you. I was displeased completely on the last visit before I moved. I couldnt wait to change. Now found a great Doctor office with a great Doc and so glad. FIND doctors and staff of the doctors who care about you and your health, not rude snobs. Its a shame to see how an office that had great reviews a few years ago changed to what it is now. OH and they nickle and dime you for everything and push allergy tests on you and tests you dont need. I was more displeased with the office staff and PAs then i was with the Doctor .. I didnt have a problem with his service, just his office is badly run now.
