This IRS Office was staffed by a group of incompetent and rude individuals. The receptionist was hostile and unhelpful. I came into the office to handle a simple issue with an incorrect W2, and it took almost an hour to get things cleared up. If you want a specific goal accomplished be prepared to ask 3 or 4 times. One of the staff members fell asleep and was audibly snoring in the cubicle next to us.
I understand dealing with the IRS is never pleasant, but customer service would go a long way in this office.
