My original review was removed because I mentioned a certain employees name. I am told that employee no longer works there so here is my original review without names: Worst ever, I was given the option to repair or replace my washer machine. Either they would pay a certain amount to repair it making it nonrepairable in the future if it broke or I could apply what they would have spent to repair old one towards a new washer. I chose to replace it and was never sent the credit they promised and I was out the service call fee. I tried multiple times to email them and call and the issue was never resolved. UPDATE: While my current warranty is due to expire soon, I don't think I would go back to Homelife however, I was personally contacted by Nicole. Apparently, they have cleaned house and are striving to rebuild a better relationship with their customers. I will tell you that they have an outstanding employee in Nicole and within a week of my original Yelp post, she had reviewed my file and resolved the issue. Today I received the buyout that I was promised over a year ago for my old washer. Thanks, Nicole!
