My wife and I are quite pleased to be new residents at The Vintage at the Lakes. We moved to the visually-appealing and well-maintained property to be as close as possible to my elderly mother, who lives nearby. We feel we got a great deal on an gorgeous apartment and we are truly very happy with our decision to make the Vintage our home. I first visited and toured the property to the just prior to the new owners (NALS; www.nevinsadams.com) coming in. Though I did observe a couple of the old management staff's rough edges, the new NALS apartment manager, Valerie Humphrey, and her friendly on-site team have been professional and responsive to any and all questions and requests. With regard to our specific situation, management and the maintenance crew warmly accommodated us when we needed extra help and never once was anyone less than a delight. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and well-maintained apartment home in the Lakes area of Las Vegas, you really should take time to visit the Vintage at the Lakes.
