If you really want a Jeep go to another dealership in the valley. They ripped my front passenger seat while I was signing my lease papers (it's been over a month and they just called me to schedule an appointment to fix my seat). In addition to other car issues I never expected to have with a brand new car, I have had to sign the contract papers twice and still have to complete a loan interview with their finance agency. What!?!? I Everyone from sales to customer service avoids my calls, voicemails and emails since day one. I believe in giving second chances but not in 5th or 6th chances. Updade. They fixed my seat (horribly), but when I went to pick up the SUV it took them 30 minutes to tell me my vehicle was in an accident. They complete crashed the back of my SUV!! Told me they couldn't give me a new one and fixed it. Now, my engine light has turned on. Buying a Jeep from this dealership has been the worst purchase ever. They simply don't care about their customers, especially if they are a women.
