The worst service ever. Took my car in and hadn't heard anything for a week, so I called. I was told that I was not to call them. They would call me when they had information for me. I waited another week. I called. The guy said yeah it's been done for a couple days you can come get it. I was a bit irked. I went to pick it up the next day. Told them I was there to pick up my car, they told me they would pull it up momentarily. 45 minutes later I stormed into their garage to see my car having its oil change performed while I was waiting around. I guess I should be happy they actually did it. What kind of operation is this? I've never been hit with such poor service in all my life. To top it off when I got home I popped the hood and found the air filter compartment had been left unlatched. Never again!
