Renting a home and the owners have a home warranty. We reported a problem with the air conditioner not cooling and we were told that L & S was going to call to schedule an appointment for repair. Being new the Phoenix area, we have not had any history with this company. I loaded Yelp and looked at previous reviews, which were not good. I definitely did not have a good feeling about L & S being the company chosen to repair the ac unit based on these reviews. They scheduled the appointment the following morning between 8 & 12. At 8 AM, we were called and told the technician should be no more than 20 minutes out. The technician Justin arrived within ten minutes of the call. He replaced the fuses and the condenser fan in the outside unit. He cleaned up the work area and everything seems to be working fine. I could feel cold air blowing out of the unit immediately. Pleasantly surprised with this experience based on the reviews posted previously. 24 hour down-time for ac unit. Total time for repair was under 2 hours.
