Do not use this bakery for cakes. Go to Vons or Smiths or anywhere but here. This Albertsons has the rudest cake decorator with the absolute worst customer service. This review is SOLELY for the bakery. I love the grocery store here. It makes me sad to have to write such a bad review on this bakery as I would love continue using it because it's so close to my house but the person who decorates the cakes there was so rude I have never seen anything like this for customer service! Mark in the bakery is so nice. He is always so helpful when I order cakes there. He had me come back today to speak to the female decorator/baker who decorates all the cakes there about a 2 tier cake I was ordering for my son's baptism. He said she was working today and to come back to make sure she could do what I was requesting (which was nothing extravagant... some rosettes with pearls.. all white). I came back around 1pm today and from the second I walked up to the counter she was rolling her eyes at me and seemed super annoyed anyone was even bothering her. Mark went to ask her to help me with what I needed on the cake and I literally saw this woman roll her eyes at me about 5 times as she walked over so slow with an evil glare. I was actually confused for a second that this was actually happening. I've never even seen anyone treat a customer like this. She rudely said "ya, can I help u?" I just turned and walked away and drove to Vons. How are people allowed to work in customer service jobs like this?! So awful.
