Anyway. Sometimes when you go into a place you really get a great style and that's okay, but this place has some of the most genuine people I have ever met. I love Cleveland for this very reason. The warmth and kindness isn't even contrived to get you to think they're amazing, these people are seriously warm and kind.
I called up and talked to a man whose name I regretfully didn't get and he told me he could see me almost right away. I told him I had an issue that I had my dogs with me and needed to park where I could see him, but he told me I could bring them in with me! He was just so gracious about it, too. He even greeted me by name when I walked in. Just so kind.
I need to tell you how beautiful this place is before I forget. It's very industrial, but not without a bit of coziness. The wood accents are gorgeous and everything just FITS. Bravo to the designer. This is a place I could come to twice a week if I lived here (or, if they moved to NYC). Ha ha.
Madeline did my hair and she is just gorgeous. Dimples and beautiful hair and smile. She had a really genuine warmth to her as well. I just really loved that she was my stylist.
I just went in for a blowout as usual. I'm so fortunate to have found this new go-to place (when I'm here). Madeline used gorgeous Paul Mitchell products on my hair that smelled SO good. I forgot how much I loved their product because no one uses it anymore and that's a shame because it is awesome for my hair.
She had the latest tools and really took her time and made sure I loved my hair. Which I SO did. She was amazing, my hair was amazing AND affordable and in the cutest part of the city. I really just lucked out here.
