If you like waiting months for your money to be returned to you, and getting the run around, this is the place for you.... oh and being put on hold for literally about an hour. I paid $500 to 'hold' a house plus a $90 application fee. I was called back pretty quickly to be told that somehow there was a glitch with there system that the house already had a hold on it. Okay I get things happen, I was told the money would be returned to me. The money was taken out of m account the next day. It's literally been more than a month and I still have not received my money. William Piver does not know what he is doing and told my wife incorrect info. It seems like he was just saying things to get us to stop bothering him. I'm literally on speaker with this company(on hold for 15mins now) as I write this review and have already been hung up on once. Once I get my refund(if that ever happens) do I get a refund for all the time I have had to waste? If I was a millionaire I might not mind but $590 is a lot of money for a family. If I was a month and a half late paying rent, I wouldn't have a place for my family to sleep. This is ridiculous. I don't get how companies can get away with this.
