I think ALL costumes/Halloween stores are expensive and I can't say that this place is any different. I mean $20-29 on a kid's costumes...if that doesn't sound pricey to you, imagine a family with more than one kid...adds up quickly (even $10-15 costumes from Target or Walmart). Fortunately I only have one ;) I've only been here twice and during both visits we've received great customer service. One visit was during a really busy Saturday in mid October and another during a really slow morning early October. Just a tip for anyone stopping in to check out their wigs...bring your own wig cap if you have it because they do not allow you to try on a wig without it (at least that's what I was told when I bought one for my kid last year). If you don't have one they'll make you buy one or you can't try it on at all. I suppose I like the sanitation aspect of that rule but it's inconvenient if you don't know this before hand. I was hoping they'd have a larger and possibly a more unique selection, at least for the kids. But my daughter found something she liked anyway and we are very happy with it.
