The office staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The doctors are incredible. Do be aware just because Dr Ubach is on your insurance that doesn't mean Dr Apel is. I was switched and I had to pay more out of pocket due to in and out of network billing. When I tried to contact billing they were not helpful and didn't call back. I called my insurance and they told me it was because when I was first quoted my out of pocket it was for Dr Umbach but Dr Apel was not in my network. Lesson to me. My insurance sent me the check. I waited for a bill and never got one. I called and spoke to billing and they were not helpful. My insurance company called billing and they were told they would get a call back. They never did. I finally got someones attention and they acted like I wasn't paying the bill so I went to the office and the person in charge of billing said they can't take my check. She said I can pay with a debit card. I offered my debit card and got declined the nice lady in the front said its probably because of daily limit. I called my bank and it was the daily limit. All I want to do is pay my bill. I left frustrated. My husband got a cashiers check and took it back to them. It should NOT be this hard to pay a bill. Heres the icing on the cake. I get a threatening email from them if they don't have payment in 7 days I will be responsible for the full amount that will include a collection fee of $13,477.18. Thank you Wendy in the Billing Department. Don't trust what you are told about finances, billing, and payments due. Soooooooo frustrated.
