Avoid at all cost! We had a dental emergency at 9am and called to make an appt for a root canal, the patient was in extreme pain and pregnant. They had us get written clearance and quoted is on the price and we made a 1pm appointment. We show up and they see us but refuse to do the therapy due to time constraints, even though the office was open over 2 more hours. We had several choices for this at 9am but at 2pm on a Saturday they are now very limited and Monday is a loongg time away. Time we can't recover. The dentist was in over his head and too chicken to have a conversation with me about the circumstances, probably had a BBQ to attend. Their line was that it must of been 'corporate's fault'. All they were concerned about was selling payment plan treatments and not quality dental care They are basically a financing company. So unprofessional from start to finish, literally a grade school level practice. Embarrassed to even set foot there.
