I planned on going to Sephora to pick up some things that I've been wanting to try. While shopping around in the Forum shops I saw this location and decided to go in. Regardless if I'm a makeup artist I still like to ask questions and stay informed on new products. I went to ask a question to an employee who I assume is the greeter since she was standing in the front staring outside the shops. I asked her about a product's availability and her response was rude and blunt. She told me "We're sold out of that product. It's been here for two weeks and now it's sold out." and then turned away from me as if she were busy with something else and continued to just stare bored out into the other shops. I could of at least gotten a response to check back in a couple days when they get out shipments or an offer to check and see if they had it in another Sephora location. But I didn't get that. So instead of trying to get her assistance I thanked her as she was no longer paying attention to me and continued to browse. Thankfully another employee came up to me and offered me a bag to hold all of my items and asked if I needed any other help. He is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I spend quite a bit of money in Sephora annually and it would be nice to have some assistance.
