Employees are very friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to accommodate our group after hours.
That being said, I will not be purchasing any more suits from SurMesur. The biggest problem lies in the fact that a sales clerk (read - amateur) is the one taking all of the measurements for your suit. You need to have an experienced tailor take your measurements, not a part time salesperson. I had to go back 4 times for adjustments and I am not thrilled with the final outcome. I have better looking 'off the rack suits'. Moreover, my suit came to $1,000 and for an incremental amount more, I have had bespoke suits made at Harry Rosen where two Master Tailors take all of your measurements - the quality and final product is just not comparable and far superior to SurMesur.
Great service but poor execution.
