4.5 stars out of 5! (If I could only give half stars this place would get 4.5 instead of just 4)
Can you say five? Can you say movie? Can you say movies for five? Canyon Meadows Cinemas is a class on its own. They have slightly older movies but who cares? For five dollars you can watch two movies for the price of the other theatres. I did two matinee shows yesterday (Creed and the Martian) and I loved being there for the afternoon. The theatres were all clean and washrooms were well kept.
The employees are very friendly and seemed to enjoy working there (not like some other cinemas). A great thing is they also give movie posters away. Yes, that's right! Just ask to speak to a manager to have your name put down on the list and what poster you're interested in. If they have enough to go around they will call you. How great is that?
One gripe I had was that they seats weren't all that comfortable, the cushion seemed to have lost almost all its bounce. I will be back though and if they improve it then 5-star for sure!
