After truly enjoying Paradise Bakery food for several years---particularly at the Gainey Ranch location that we liked---we are extremely unlikely to return. We met with relatives for a quick bite, and the place was almost empty; now we know why. It has gone DOWNHILL in a big way. Half of our food orders were wrong and had to be corrected. Our food was extremely disappointing, and I was unable to eat my lukewarm pasta salad with the very chewy pasta and old/soft tiny bits of broccoli florets . . . My husband ordered a flatbread sandwich----but they were out of flatbread. My brother ordered a chicken pasta dish, but they forgot to add the chicken. On a kid's meal, the tube of yogurt was actually WARM. They forgot to provide a roll on one meal, then the prized cookie on another. To add insult to injury, when I got home, I looked at my receipt and realized I was overcharged! Sigh. I wish I'd asked to speak to a manager, but I didn't want to make a big deal out of it and ruin our visit together. Maybe by adding this review here, I can save a few other people from having a lousy meal. I sure hope the management reads these reviews at some point, because, as you can all see, there are not many positive comments to be made about this place.
